Operations
Prices. And how long it takes.
Nobody in this category publishes either. We publish both, because the alternative is you spending three calls finding out. Two builds run at a time; the people you meet are the people who ship.
1
Agent Debt Audit
$7,5002 weeks
fixed price, fixed scope
For companies that already have automations running. Zapier flows, Make scenarios, n8n canvases, Power Automate, scripts on someone’s laptop, a Google Sheet with too many formulas in it.
What you get:
- A complete inventory of what’s actually running, including the things nobody remembered
- What each one costs — in software, in model calls, and in the human time spent nursing it
- What’s broken, what’s silently degraded, and what’s orphaned
- A ranked list of which processes are worth putting under proper governance, and which should just be deleted
- An explicit verdict on each candidate: ready, not ready, or not worth it. Including the ones where our answer is “leave this alone”
What it isn’t: an AI readiness assessment. We’re not scoring your organisation’s maturity. We’re pricing the machinery you already own.
Credited in full against a build started within 60 days.
2
First Governed Workflow
$65,0008 weeks
fixed price, fixed scope
One workflow that matters, running in production, with the whole governance stack around it.
What you get:
- The workflow, live, doing the work
- A cost ledger — every run attributed, priced to four decimal places
- A hard spend ceiling and timeout, in code
- An approval step where a person confirms anything consequential before it executes
- An audit trail, and automatic redaction of personal data on a 30-day clock
- Preview, confirm, and one-click rollback on anything that touches an external system
- Evals, so you find out it’s degrading from a test rather than from a customer
- A dead-letter queue and an admin surface, so failures are queryable instead of silent
- A written runbook. Yours, whether or not you retain us.
What we need from you: one named person who owns the process, access to the systems it touches, and someone who can answer questions in week one rather than week four.

Governed Operations
From $12,500/monthmonth-to-month
as everything here has always been
We run the workflows. That means the evals, the drift checks, the cost review, the incident response, and the part nobody budgets for — the second year, when models change and APIs move and the business changes shape underneath the automation.
How it works:
- Unlimited build tickets
- Two workflows in active build at any time
- Up to 8 hours of focused execution per build
- A monthly Run Ledger: every run, every dollar, attributed by workflow
- Named team. No account manager between you and the people doing the work
Cancel any month. We’ve never had a contract and aren’t starting now.
Whether this is for you.
Yes if:
You’re 50–1,000 people. Someone owns the P&L on the process in question and can approve a build on it without a committee. There’s real volume — the process runs weekly or more often. You’d rather see one thing work than receive a roadmap.
No if:
You want an AI strategy document. You want a headcount-reduction business case — we won’t build one; the evidence on those is poor and the rehiring is expensive. You need it live in three weeks. Your source systems disagree with each other and nobody’s willing to reconcile them yet. Or you’re looking for a marketing agency — in which case scroll down, we’re good at that.
The failure modes worth knowing about.
No clean before-state.
If nobody timed the manual version, we can’t prove we improved it. We’ll say so during the audit rather than reconstructing a baseline you’d be right to distrust.
Judgment-dense work.
Where the value is one hard call rather than a hundred small ones, an agent adds cost and a review step and very little else.
Data that isn’t ready.
The most common reason a build slips. If the source systems disagree, the early weeks go to reconciliation rather than agents.
The second year.
Automations rot. A workflow nobody owns in month fourteen is worth less than no workflow at all. It’s why we sell an operations retainer — and why the runbook is yours regardless.
Operations pricing FAQ
Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?
Because the alternative costs you three calls, and because a fixed price is a claim about our own confidence.
What if the audit says don’t do it?
Then it says that. It’s happened. You’ve spent $7,500 to not spend $65,000.
Is the $65,000 really fixed?
Yes, for the scope agreed at kickoff. Scope changes are a conversation, not a change order ambush.
Why won’t you bill hourly?
Because we’ve automated a lot of our own work, and billing you for time we no longer spend would be the wrong incentive for both of us.
Can we start with the retainer and skip the build?
Only if you already have something worth running. Usually you don’t, and the audit tells us in two weeks.
What do we own at the end?
The workflow, the runbook, and the ledger.
And the function we proved all this on.
We run a marketing agency on this platform. That’s not a side business we’re winding down — it’s the reason the governance exists. When you publish a fixed price for a deliverable, an agent that quietly spends $40 producing a $12 asset ends the business. So the ledger, the ceilings, the approval queue and the rollback were built as survival infrastructure, years before anyone asked us to sell them.
Marketing turned out to be the hardest place to start: the highest event volume, the most fragmented tool surface, the most tightly measured, and the most judgment per unit of output. Freight operations and accounts payable were easier.
If marketing is what you need, the prices below haven’t changed.
